Integrative Massage
Each massage is uniquely tailored to your specific needs at each visit. Whether your focus is therapeutic or relaxation, anywhere from one modality to several can be incorporated to help relieve tension and/or melt your stress away. Modalities utilized: Thai, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Cupping, and Reflexology. Heats packs, essential oils, and/or CBD topical may also be incorporated.
I believe in being straight forward, so there will be no upcharges or add-on fees. All massages are one flat rate, ensuring that you will always get what works best for you each session :)
Thai Massage
Client often fully clothed for Floor Thai; Table Thai/Therapeutic Massage, client undresses to comfort level
Does not utilize oils or lotions for Floor Thai, Therapeutic Massage will use topicals
Emphasizes stretching, light to deep pressure, and yoga-like poses
Primary benefits include increased flexibility, aids in muscle recovery, reduced tension, and increased wellbeing
Swedish Massage
Client undressed to comfort level and covered by sheet or towel. Only area being massaged is exposed.
Utilizes oils and lotions
Pressure varies from light to medium
Primary benefits include relaxation, relief of minor aches and pains, and improved circulation
Deep Tissue Massage
Client undressed to comfort level and covered by sheet or towel. Only area being massaged is exposed.
Utilizes oils and lotions
Emphasizes firm pressure and deep muscle work
Primary benefits include reduced muscle tension, relief from chronic pain, and improved healing

First 60-minute Massage: $80
Returning Clients: Every 3rd 60-minute Massage is $75
